Welcome to East Lansing CrossFit (ELCF) where fun meets fitness! 

We want to work with our members to improve their functional fitness so they can live their best lives. Functional movements and mobility are the key to a more fit life and during our classes we stress form above all else to enhance technique, improve performance and minimize injuries. 

CrossFit is for everyone of all ages, shapes and sizes. You don’t need to be young or super fit to start doing CrossFit. Everyone can benefit from functional movements, better mobility and good nutrition. These cornerstones of CrossFit serve as a hedge against frailty and chronic disease. Drop-in for a class and meet the coaches and members and get to learn what CrossFit is all about.

We welcome drop-ins at all class times. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class so we can meet you and have you fill out a waiver. The fee is $15 per drop-in. Punch cards can also be purchased if you will be dropping in multiple times.

Members: You are welcome to come in before or after class to work on things and improve your fitness. You can also come in during class if you want to do accessory work. All we ask is you tell the coach and that you don’t interrupt classes in progress.


If you have an Unlimited Membership and you would like to cancel, please email us at [email protected] and notify that you would like to cancel prior to the next billing cycle.  Unlimited memberships are prepaid, which means your membership will remain active until the next billing cycle.  Refunds will not be given for unused memberships.
