How To Join
So, you’ve done CrossFit before and you’re looking to get back after it. Great! As a returning athlete, there are some additional factors you’ll have to consider before jumping right back in:
How long has it been since doing CrossFit?
How long had you done CrossFit before your hiatus?
Did you stop doing CrossFit due to an injury or illness?
Depending on your situation, your path to starting up again may look like that of a New CrossFit Athlete or that of a Current CrossFit Athlete. We recommend signing up for a Free Introductory Session to work with a coach to determine what the safest and most effective path forward.
